3. Membership Details

By enrolling in our monthly membership, clients gain access to a range of exclusive benefits, including: • Courses and tutorials on barber techniques and skills • Access to member-only groups and live stream events • Private teaching sessions and tutoring • Invitations to workshops and exclusive content

Membership Fee:
$97/month. Memberships renew automatically each month.

4. Payment Terms

We accept most major payment methods, including credit cards and other online payment options. By providing payment information, you authorize DC Barber Academy to process fees using the selected method. Membership fees are billed monthly and continue until canceled by you or by us.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Service Appointments:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur fees. • Membership Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership at any time, but access to courses, content, and member benefits will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds for Services and Memberships:
Refunds will generally be processed within 5-10 business days of the refund request. If an alternative refund method is required, please contact us directly to arrange.

7. User Responsibilities

Clients and users agree to: • Provide accurate information during account creation and maintain confidentiality for account access. • Refrain from any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate use of our website, services, or communication channels. • Not share or redistribute course materials or other exclusive content without express permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, courses, materials, images, logos, and trademarks on our website are owned by The Thairapist, LLC and are protected by copyright laws. Clients may not copy, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, DC Barber Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services directly in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services, courses, and resources are provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, and results will vary based on each individual’s effort and application.

11. Third-Party Services

We may utilize third-party services (e.g., Go HighLevel, Block, Inc) for functions such as messaging, email, and appointment scheduling. By using our services, you agree to comply with any terms required by these third-party providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and the applicable regulations of the Maryland Department of Labor. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maryland.
